This is an upmarket organic Vietnamese water, pasteurized. They note that these coconuts are harvested from the Ben Tre region of Vietnam. Funny enough, in 2025 the Vietnamese government voted to merge Ben Tre with Vĩnh Long. So I guess these are Vĩnh Long coconuts now — which is funny because this is just the standard region for coconuts grown in Vietnam. Most of the coconuts are grown there.
Despite the premium vibe they’re trying to sell you, this is a standard pasteurized offering. For what it is, it is a tasty water. Some mild fruitiness and freshness is washed out by a mild burnt flavor from the heating process. Very creamy mouthfeel! Overall a good option, although not particularly refreshing.
